Baby, It's cold outside!

Just had to share a couple from today's shoot. I think he is the cutest thing I've seen! He is so full of energy and couldn't sit still for a second! I still got some cute shots of him, though!

I don't think the smile ever left his face. Here's the famous picture frame shot...lol!
And one more of him with Mommy...

I'm so glad we could finally find a good time for photos! I had fun playing with both of you! I can't wait for you to see all the photos!

Today's shoot...Santa Baby & Park Fun

Sharing a couple pictures from today's family session because I know the mom is excited too see how they turned out ;-). I haven't seen this baby since he was only a few weeks old & I did his newborn pictures. Now he's 5 months old...oh my how time flies!

What a little cutie in a santa hat!!

This was with my new bee... I've still got to get a flash meter, but this is so much of an improvement already.

Here's another one of the family. The big brother is just full of energy! What a fun little guy!
It was a fun shoot & I had a fun time hanging out with you all! Thanks for letting me hold that precious baby boy. It almost made me want just one more....just almost ;-).

My new alien bee!

So just the other day I got my new AB800 and a large softbox! I hadn't really gotten to play with it much. I still need a light meter, but I can already tell such a difference in my photos. Take a look at one of Hannah's pictures today...I guess this is going to be her 3 year old shoot. Wow...I can't believe she's almost 3!!

I think I needed a reflector on the right side, but I still think it's a big improvement from my widow lighting and having to use a really high ISO.

Here's a look at her little birthday invitation, too. We've got to have a princess party because she's really into all that frilly stuff. If you ask her, she'll tell you that she's the prettiest princess in the whole world!!

My first post!

Just thought I'd join in all the fun with the photo blogs! It'll take a little bit to get the hang of it, but it looks fun! Anyways, I'm a stay-at-home mom to Andrew & Hannah, and I'm a wife to Simon, a US Marine. I love photography and I'm in the process of getting my small side business up and running. This is a photo of my family taken with the timer...I only got 2 tries! It was at least good enough for our Christmas card this year, though.
